When we first moved into this apartment, we were optimistic. Thankfully, we had no major issues inside our unit itself—likely because we were only the second family to live in it. That said, even in the newer condition, you could see areas where corners had been cut during construction, like poor caulking around the tub and shower. Unfortunately, the positives stop there. The management here is extremely poor, with little to no communication and zero accountability for tenants who disrespect the property. Dog poop and trash are left all over the grounds without consequence. The dog wash station is filthy and clearly not maintained. The gym is rarely cleaned, and the pool was often closed during the summer without any notice—when it was open, it wasn’t very clean either. On top of that, s

Dog poop everywhere. Nickel and dime you for all these maintenance fees yet the Dog park is a poop graveyard and it's not comfortable to use cause people are careless of others, nobody picks up after there dogs and no one enforces the property policies .

Honestly other than the leaks constantly happening around the property and not seeing a possibility of a credit since sometimes weren’t fixed for days and sharing a water bill with the whole complex, this place was great.

My experience here has been amazing! I have two small dogs and we live right off of a little walking path with lots of grass and the walk to the little dog park is close also. All of the landscaping is always beautiful! Aside from that, Mary is the person that I have had the most communication with since I called and inquired about moving here. She answers the phone every single time that I call, so I don’t quite understand the lack of communication comments. I guess you can’t please them all. Some people like to stay miserable. And last, but not least, I would love to give Joel a HUGE shout out! He is a VERY busy guy and somehow, always keeps his appointments, always shows up with a good attitude and most importantly, he is very sweet to my two scared dogs who actually are scared of and h

I had a leak in my bathroom for over four months, and despite my repeated requests, the office refused to properly fix it. Bugs were literally coming out of the wall daily where the leak was, and even after I reported this, the office continued to ignore the issue. Not to mention, they would change managers and maintenance workers every single month so it was very difficult to reach anyone. Over time, the untreated leak led to mold growth, as shown in this photos. The way the office tried to “fix” this issue was to come into my apartment every couple of weeks and PAINT over the damage and growth on the wall caused from the leak. One time they even cut the part of the wall off that was damaged, then they restored it but left the growth inside the wall as seen in the photo. Instead of addres
