Been having me an my kids living in the heat for 1 week had to buy my own AC units to keep us cool they are not responsive they don’t care, only person that care is Marie in the front office!!! Light bill been $250-$300 plus believe every bad review!!! No lies told I even move 4 ppl in here got a message today saying my sister went to the floor you have to pay rent plus keep in your own maintenance THEY DONT CAREEEEE AT ALL I HAVE A 7 month old AND A 5 YEAR OLD I had to buy my own AC units to keep us cool and the maintenance man Randy, very unprofessional he will come in your apartment and take pictures of everything. I told him I have cameras inside of my apartment and I saw him do so he cursed me out like a dog in front of the Manager, the manager didn’t even tell him anything. I’m here

Whatever you do, don’t move here. Got something broken? Great—add it to the collection! You’ll probably fix it yourself before anyone even pretends to care. Submit a maintenance request? Adorable. If you're really lucky, someone marginally qualified will show up in 2–3 months to “fix” it—and by fix, I mean make it worse or slap a “completed” label on it and vanish. For example: I’ve been waiting almost six months for a new shower head—the old one was broken by maintenance while they were trying to find a leak. Spoiler alert: still leaking. And now I have termites! Submitted a request three weeks ago, and I assume they’re just waiting for the little guys to finish their renovations. Should be lovely once they’re done.

When I tell you if I can give 0 stars I WOULD, I called the maintenance number 4 times to put an order in for my washer, guess what? No one called back or nothing, so I had to go in the office and tell a lady at the front desk to put my work order in. Keep in mind I left messages about my washer overflowing/leaking and I told the lady at the desk. I’m so tired of this it’s been a week at this point, I had to go to a laundromat and pay to wash my clothes. I pay rent every month and when I first moved in my apartment it said it came with a washer and dryer, but some how it breaks very often. This place is ghetto, trash everywhere, they have small dumpsters with trash, mattresses, couches, trash falling out of bags for days, sometimes weeks. Also, there is trash on the lawn in front of reside

No stars. From the outside this place looks wonderful but once you move here it is indeed a different outcome. 1. When you have noisy neighbors they do nothing about it. Doesn’t matter if people are being loud stomping, running, loud outside. Smoking weed, dope, or/and cigarettes in the apartment. It doesn’t matter. 2. Maintenance is so horrible they don’t do the job at all. Only do the minimum. Your request will be sitting for months before they contact and that is if they even come at all. 3. No security cameras at all. 4. They don’t fix anything before you move in the apartment. So make sure you do a round check and make sure to clean everything yourself. Even if you tell them in person nothing ever gets done. They just want to rush you out the office and they say okay they will fix

We were really excited to see these apartments. My fiancé had his car break down the first time we were supposed to go, but the reschedule was confirmed three times, including the day of. Then he arrives, no-one is in the office 2 hours before they supposedly close, the phone number on the plaque outside the office is wrong, and no one ever responded to our calls, texts, or emails. Extremely unprofessional. Will not be rescheduling with a company that can't bother to communicate with potential tenants.
