Fast anxiety, free in the best title company I have ever worked with to get my house refinanced. Vickie treated us like family.

They were not very attentive, I wasn't offered a beverage while I waited . I felt like they wanted to rush me through the closing, and they failed to wire the money from the home sale to my bank account. It took 24 hours.

Never dealt with a more unprofessional group. They messed up my boyfriends closing costs, and then demanded a greater amount, even though it was a mistake on THEIR EMD. And then whoever deals with calling people, idk her name, ARGUING AND YELLING over the phone. Threatening legal action. Just so unbelievably unprofessional. Vicki however was nice. That’s about it.

The team here is extremely professional and knows how to handle crisis well. They experienced some service interruptions and yet remained professional and timely. I highly recommend them.
