The Lofts of Columbia - Downtown

The Lofts truly is Luxury Student living at an accomodable price! Beautiful view, excellent location, and high-quality furnishings.To top things off you'll be dealing with a very kind, understanding, and professional staff. In my mind, the Lofts at 308 has been my favorite place I've lived while in Columbia, I only wish I had moved in sooner. There's a bit of prestige to living here, and it makes sense why!

I unfortunately only got to spend 1 year at the Lofts on Broadway and I wish I could have stayed longer! Angie and Kelly are so responsive, professional and just overall nice people. Maintnence is so polite and gets back to you ASAP. I’ve only had one Maintnence request the whole year I lived here. The units are beautiful, updated, bright, have the perfect amount of space and have a great view of downtown. Noise was not a major issue either, especially living downtown. I also felt EXTREMELY safe at my apartment. The security there is superb. Cameras on all floors, in the lobby as well as some on the outside of the building. If you are able to get the chance to live here, please do! I recommend the lofts on Broadway 100%!

I have lived at the Lofts for one year and signed my second-year lease last fall. I absolutely love my little home here. The apartments are even more gorgeous in person! Angie is an angel; she matched me with the perfect roommate and answers all of my questions thoroughly and swiftly. The security guard and the repairmen are also incredibly friendly and helpful! In all of my housing contracts, I have never had such a positive and seamless experience before moving here! 10/10 recommend!

I've lived here for almost 3 years and it's been an amazing experience. The furnishings are comfortable and the proximity to downtown in addition to campus is unmatched. On top of that, the property managers are responsive and genuinely nice people. I couldn't recommend living at The Lofts enough.

Kelly and Angie at the Lofts are the best. After just two months living at the 308 ninth building, which was really a great experience, I needed to relocate and found myself in a fairly undesirable position of having to find a sub-lease. They made every effort to help me, when they could have easily spent their time on their many other responsibilities. They tirelessly fielded calls and worked behind the scenes to find a tenant. I was tremendously stressed about the entire thing and they practically took care of it for me. I've never encountered any other management that has gone so above and beyond.
