The Lofts Essex Home

We have absolutely loved living here at the Lofts. We lived here for three years until we bought our house. Rent is VERY reasonable for Vermont, and the management team is absolutely amazing! They are always on top of things with your unit and the building. The building is very quiet, you don't hear the people next to you or really anyone in the hallways. Also love how safe we felt here, you need a code to get into the building and a garage door opener to get into the garage if you have garage parking. I definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking.

Lived at these apartments for a year before buying our home. We would have lived here longer if we didn't buy a home! Pros: - Management is super awesome. While we were there they had the ice cream truck stop by and bought everyone an ice cream cone. They also had a pizza truck come out and hosted a wonderful community event (They provided the pizza for everyone). Also, they are very responsive to things that need to be fixed or worked on. - When friends would come over they would always say how nice and clean the apartment was. - Has a pretty good gym and a separate small recreation room with ping pong and foosball. - 2 sets of industrial laundry machines on each floor that are free to use. - Free extra storage space in the garage with free garage parking if you have a 2bed/2bath apartme

This is a very nice complex. Convenient location and secured entrance with underground parking. The units are very spacious and well laid out.

Beautiful apartments in a nice building. But the no dog rule is wack
