My siblings and I contacted Matt and Erica during some challenging times for our family. Erica Lumsden and Matt Lumsden were wonderful! They were so helpful and professional. Erica really knows how to market a house! I had people looking at my house within hours of it being listed, and the house was under contract two days after it was listed. I'd never sold a house before so I really appreciated their patience explaining things to me and guiding me every step of the way. They made sure everything was done correctly and timely.
