The Lofts at Westgate

We've lived at The Lofts at Westgate for seven years and couldn't be happier! The professionalism and care from the entire team truly stand out. Alex, the manager, is always responsive and upbeat and committed to make sure residents are well taken care of. We especially appreciate the exceptional multi-layered security throughout the property with controlled access monitoring and secured underground parking. Maintenance is outstanding! Tony is knowledgeable efficient and quick to respond. When we needed a new microwave he said it would take four days, but had it delivered and installed in three. He quickly diagnosis and fixes issues with impressive skill! We highly recommend the Lofts at Westgate to anyone looking for a secure well-maintained and welcoming community!

I cannot say enough great things about Alex, our amazing property manager! From the moment I moved in, it's been clear that she genuinely cares about her residents. Alex goes above and beyond to ensure that all of her lofters are well taken care of. One of the standout aspects of living here is the sense of community Alex fosters. She regularly organizes fun parties at the clubhouse, bringing everyone together and creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s these thoughtful gestures that truly make this place feel like home. I would 100% recommend living here to anyone looking for a place.

I was shocked by how amazing the lofts team is. The communication from them is incredible. My move in experience wasn’t great, there were issues with the apartment that were not resolved prior to moving in. As soon as I contacted maintenance Tony was super responsive and took care of everything! He always kept me updated which I highly appreciated. Alex is awesome! I can’t thank her enough for all she has done for us! She communicates well, listens, and is very professional.

After touring several places since moving back to Arizona, I stumbled upon this hidden gem! From the start, the leasing manager, Alex, made it feel like home. The clubhouse is fantastic, offering spaces for the kids to play and providing a cozy spot to relax and spend time. The location is unbeatable, with everything conveniently within walking distance. I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to everyone, regardless of age!
