Broadstone Westgate

My experience so far has been wonderful! I’ve been working with Zarron, Jay, and Vianca and they’ve all been incredibly helpful. The community is kept clean and very quiet. I appreciate the limited access via the front gates as well as the access to buildings/elevators. I toured about 5 other apartments in this area, but Broadstone stood out to me the most with the available amenities and security features. I haven’t run into any issues yet!

The leasing office staff are amazing! They are by far the most welcoming and friendly staff out of all the apartments I’ve lived in! Ready to always help! The grounds are also amazing! It feels like a little mini resort for the walk to the pool and gym! I’ve only been here a little over a month but cannot recommend it enough! Who ever helps you in the leasing office is the best! I forgot to add, they know who you are when you walk in and that just makes it feel even more at home that they know their tenants! So happy to call this home!

As someone currently searching for an apartment, my experience with the staff at Broadstone Westgate has truly stood out. From the moment I started interacting with the team, everyone was attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Vianca, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond. She was extremely helpful over the phone, took the time to explain the community in detail, and made sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. When I came into the office for the first time, Zarron, the Leasing Agent, was very busy, yet still made time to assist me. He was patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the community. Look no further! From location, to amenities, to unit layouts and staff, this place has everything you’re looking for. My husband, myself and our 10 month old were relocating from Kansas and couldn’t come and tour apartments in person. It was truly nerve wracking as most places appear better online than in person. While hesitant I’m beyond grateful we moved thanks to the staff here at Broadstone Westgate. Vianca and Jay were extremely helpful throughout the process, even when I had what felt like the silliest questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns, wants and needs as a family. The community is gated and truly feels luxurious.
