The Lofts at The Municipal

Living here was solidly fine. The location is amazing and the first year and a half I’ve lived here was worth it but the quality has decreased recently, especially compared to the cost of rent here. It seems like new property management is not keeping up with things as much. I pay pet rent every month but don’t feel as if the pet specific amenities are taken care of anymore (low/no supplies in the pet spa, pet spa not clean/maintained, etc.) and it seems like a flea infestation has taken hold. Up until this summer this was never an issue. The pool has remained uncleaned for multiple weeks at a time. Most of the other residents are great and pleasant, however, there are some that allow their pets to run around off-leash and don’t pick up after them and there are also residents who are destr

Such a great place to live and have access to everything downtown. The staff is absolutely amazing to work with! Definitely a place you want to live!

So glad I found this place! The location is PERFECT, and they've done such a wonderful job renovating these downtown buildings.
