The Lofts at Savannah Park

I recently moved into Lofts at Savannah Park, and I already love it! From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and taken care of. Sydney and Darleen are truly an outstanding front office team and the perfect face of this community. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in making this a great place to live. They are professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Any maintenance needs are handled with real urgency, which gives so much peace of mind as a new resident. I’ve also noticed how consistently the maintenance team is out clearing and caring for the grounds. The community is well-kept, clean, and clearly looked after on a daily basis. It is a great feeling to love coming home here!

Lofts at Savannah has been the best experience I have had with management in my 12+ years of living in the Orlando area. I lived at Lofts for a little over 2 years and Darleen made the experience great from day one to my last day at my apartment. Darleen and Sydney were always friendly and helpful with any of my needs. Maintenance always addressed any issues that arised, friendly and trustworthy. I truly felt at peace living at Lofts at Savannah. Living here served me well for 2 years and having management that actually have a heart and care about your well being is top tier and for me Darleen exudes that through and through. Lofts at Savannah is an affordable and safe place to live.Thank you all for a great experience.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here so far, amenities are great! Staff is so nice and attentive and the maintenance men are great. Rob in particular has been really helpful and kind. I also see him when I walk my dogs paying special attention to the amenities such as a the dog playground. 10/10 community

first and foremost, 10/10 Its close proximity to downtown Sanford, Lake Mary and major highways makes it such a huge plus! We’ve had a few maintenance requests since moving in, and every single one has been handled super fast, usually the same day or the next. One of them even helped me get rid of a wasp that flew into my apartment once 😂 But I have to give a big shoutout to Rob! He’s always kind, quick to respond, and actually cares about the tenants. When our washer started leaking a ton of water one weekend, he was there in less than 30 minutes, figured it out, and cleaned everything up right oaway. He goes above and beyond every time!

The individual who patrols the dog park in the mornings. Rather than approaching owners in a polite and professional manner if there is an issue or if we need to leave, his behavior has felt antagonizing and unnecessarily confrontational. On multiple occasions, he has walked around the perimeter of the dog park several times and then approached closer to my dog inside the park. My dog is clearly intimidated by him and begins barking out of fear. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he entered the dog park and stated, “If she bites me, I will press charges,” while continuing to move closer. My dog does not have a history of biting, and the situation felt escalated rather than handled professionally. I believe park staff should prioritize calm, respectful communication to ensure a safe
