The Lofts at Saco Falls

What can I say about Saco falls they renew lease every three mounths tell other people living in your building about other peoples stuff so your private info is no longer private they hand lease violations Becouse they don’t like u they are rude to there people they have children running the place litterly children they have maintenance stealing things people smoking in building and drugs in and out hounestly it’s crazy here. But at least some of people living here are friendly and river is nice

A relative l8ves in the lofts and likes it. It's right downtown so it's close walking distance to many small businesses and a few minutes drive to bigger box stores. Train station right next door. Turnpike very close. 15 minutes to 30 min from oob and not far from other beaches as well.

Full of drugs. Caters to shelter people that bring in the reason they are homeless. Crime, breaking and entering, domestic issues drugs drugs drugs. Laundry room disgusting and bed bugs! MGMT never responded to maintenance issues. Maintenance man Mike ignored issues for me a tub leak that required an 8 HR job. This building has allowed Biddeford to get worse. Look at police logs

An ex-friend of mine used to live here. These apartments are well maintained, clean, and affordable. I would LOVE to rent here.

It's not my country living but it's a beautiful lovely place to live.
