Jim is absolutely incredible to work with! When other lenders told me I couldn't utilize the MaineHousing Program, Jim not only got me the loan and program I wanted but he gave me a good rate and package. By far the best thing about Jim and his team (specifically Meaghan Junkins) is they kept in good contact, they gave me MINIMUM weekly updates, usually ended up being couple times a week as there were updates. They answered all my questions, sometimes multiple times as if forgot I asked or I forgot their answer. He gave me all my options, kept things realistic, made sure I understood.
