The Lofts at Monroe Parke

I have been living at the Lofts at Monroe Parke for over 2 years. Juliana and Kayla are great. The building is kept very clean. Amenities such as the gym, Sunday breakfasts and every couple months a Friday night resident event make this more than just an apartment, but a community as well. I highly recommend these apartments.

We have lived at the lofts for over a year now and the experience has been great! The apartment is nice, clean and spacious, plus the amenities such as the gym, coffee/hot coco machine, Sunday breakfast and pool table are wonderful. It’s a nice neighborhood to walk around and the people are very friendly. The best part about our experience here is interacting with the concierge staff, Kayla and Juliana! They are incredibly kind, helpful and funny. They can help with any questions you have in a quick manner and the community parties they host are always a blast!

The best staff! Kayla, Juliann and margarita always have this building in order and with the best energy. My daughter (6 years old) loves going to the lobby to see Kayla and Juliann for a snack. She’s always greeted with a warm hello and a little extra love.My daughter actually said she doesn’t want to ever move and we can’t get a house because she won’t be able to see the girls anymore. Margarita keeps the lofts always smelling fresh and clean, super friendly and a hard worker! A++++

I have been living at the lofts at Monroe parke for almost 2 years and am very impressed by the staff (especially Juliana, Kayla, and Margarita), the Sunday brunches, the quarterly special events (wine tasting, casino nights, etc.), the gym, and the other residents. I highly recommend these apartments.

I have to single out one of your concierge staff members: Kayla Ross. I’ve been a resident here for two years and although everyone in the office is helpful and professional, Kayla Ross goes above and beyond. She follows through so well that I know if I present an issue to her I don’t have to check to see if it’s being handled. Complaints from residents can be annoying, but Kayla never seems rattled. I give her 5. Stars!!
