Lennar at Venue at Monroe

We recently closed on a home at Venu in Monroe Township, and our experience working with John Parin, the real estate agent at Venu, was excellent. I initially contacted John in May, and he took the time to show us several Lennar models and clearly explained the pricing options based on different closing timelines. When we returned in October to move forward, John provided updated information and showed us the specific lot we were interested in. After we placed the initial deposit, John stayed consistently in touch through texts, emails, and phone calls, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. John has been amazing from the start. No matter how many buyers he may have, he always made you feel you are his one and only priority. John who works for Lennar at the Venue is an absolute rock star. He is always available to answer questions, he goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer it can be a scary experience, but John has made The process thus far seem very easy. Thr entire staff is very helpfu and if I had more stars I would give them John is a 10 out of 10!!!
