As a professional moving company, we strive to make moving as seamless and respectful as possible—for both our clients and the properties we service. Unfortunately, our recent experience at this apartment complex made that difficult. There is no designated area for moving trucks, which left us no choice but to use the alleyway. We were cautious and efficient, yet the front office still voiced complaints about our positioning—despite no alternative being provided. Only one elevator was available during a multi-unit move, causing unavoidable delays. Instead of understanding the constraints of the building, we were unfairly blamed for "holding up" the elevator while trying to complete our job quickly and safely.
