The Lofts at Jubal Square has been a wonderful place to live over the past 5 or six years, from the leasing office to the maintenance team they've always been the most attentive to my needs.

We just renewed our lease here, it meets all our needs here. Plus Tiffany and Sarah are very nice at the front desk. The area is nice as well with families and little kids. No noise problems to speak of. Maintenance is timely as well. Definitely recommend!

We’ve lived here for a year and decided it was time to buy a house when we got the letter saying our rent was increasing by $200 a month. Would’ve been $2400 more next year!! Glad we did because this is the state of the pool on June 2nd. Part of their justification for the rent increase is the cost of maintaining a pool and yet the pool isn’t usable

Nice Place to live . Nice club house with snacks small refrigerator to put a few things in if at pool or playing pool or board games from your home to sit around to mingle. Very enjoyable area in the mountain region of the Shanandoah. Been a pleasure living in the area thus far.
