The Lofts at Farmingdale

My boyfriend and I lived in The Lofts on Eastern Pkwy for a year and half. It really is the perfect place for a young couple. It is perfectly located, the street is very quiet and peaceful (which is ideal for its location). It was centrally located; less than a 10 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Main Street and literally a one minute walk to the Farmingdale Train Station. Their apartment also has an urban design, making you feel almost as if you are in Manhattan. And to top it off, the owner was very accommodating right from the beginning and installed an electric car charger for us, as my boyfriend has a Tesla. Needless to say, we were very blessed to have this as our first apartment

My family and I have been living here for years and we love it. The new on site manager/super, John Munro, is always on his game. My family recently had a small issue, and even on his day off, within minutes he came to our rescue. Thank you John for being awesome. You always keep the building prestine, and because of you, the hallways and lobby smell like a 5 star luxury hotel. Keep up the AMAZING work!! The Guarino family.

I lived at the Lofts for 2 years, I can only say positive things about this place. The staff, the cleanliness, supervision, and overall quality of the apartment allowed me to live comfortably and in peace. I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching around the area, hands down best apartment complex in Farmingdale, shops close by and lots of activities to do.
