the staff intimidates you if you put in a service request to fix their shoddy work and mistakes. the maintenance guy aggressively approached me in the parking lot in my car when i got home from work. he said “you complain too much”…if the maintenance staff did their job right the first time I would not have to “complain” or what i call putting in a service request. they forget that this is their job and I am their customer. they r so disrespectful and rude and now im kind of afraid of him. they put up flood lights “for safety” hopefully they will protect me from the maintenance guy lol. he was mad because i asked them to adjust the unnecessary flood lights out of my apartment windows. the picture attached was taken at night. i CANNOT wait to not live here anymore

My experience with Celeste was very pleasant. High professionalism throughout the process, and a great valuation, not to mention she waived the transfer fee and gave me a modular apartment. She was very responsive and spent her own time to help me out.

Michael Broxmeyer is a slum lord Update: Jennifer Matlach, Abdul Neishaand manage properties where tenants were forced to sleep in their car because the heating was uncontrollable and nobody responds to service or emergency calls. the entire management team is a disgrace. The entire company is horrible, their employees complain, there is never heat when it's actually necessary and nobody does a thing to rectify anything.

Celeste was great. she explained everything clearly & made the process fun! We were able to find our apartment in one day. Highly recommend

unethical company, do not waste your hard earn money here. They are liars and would do anything to have you sign the lease. I am a current tenant and the amount of problems I have had with the few months of living here is unnecessary. I would never recommend them to anyone.
