The places are very, very nice! The reason for the 1-star review are the strict subleasing requirements and safety concerns. There have been 2 armed robberies at the liquor store below my apartment within the last 30 days.
It’s important to have strict guidelines for subleasing. They typically are the same as the lease. Who wants to be in a unit and you neighbor sublease to some who should not be there.
