The Lofts Apartments

I truly appreciate Shannon, the property manager. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend The Loft’s to anyone searching for an apartment.

This is the only apartment complex I’ve never had any issues with. The manager Shannon is very honest and kind, and the apartments are clean and solid, walls aren’t too thin and they don’t feel cheap. Maintenance has always responded within a day of anything I need. Five stars!!

Came in from out of state on a short window of time for work to get a place and Shannon did everything she could to get us approved and moved in in a short window, Absolutely amazing staff all around. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move into the area (they are GIGANTIC apartments also)

I am super happy with staying in Townhomes that truly feel like a home, especially being miles away from family and friends. I moved in last year of October, and they recently had a change in management. Every maintenance request, is either filled same day or addressed how long it’ll take. The grounds are always up kept, I feel secured and I have to give a separate thank you to Shannon, the manager. She is an angel, and is very prompt with responding. Everything in my home feels updated and I worth the price. ❤️ 10/10

Very well cared for community. The staff is very responsive. The units have everything you’re looking for. Very clean and the community is maintained. Close to town and all that Clarksville to offer. Make The Lofts your new home you will be happy you did- I highly recommend The Lofts.
