I have not even a two year old son keep in mind while reading! I put in my application & a $100 deposit with them needing a place very badly, they kept giving me the run around every time I would call to check on the status. One time they said they didn’t get to it because there was a tress passer there and they died over the weekend so they couldn’t get to it. And then a few days pass I call again, stated the manager hasn’t looked at it yet now I get an email today saying my application has be cancelled. I called and they said their manager cancelled the application because of a mistake that I was told was correct. they made me come to the office multiple times to fix my application even though they should’ve told me everything that needed to be completed right there. The manager of the property Michelle is beyond amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I went to inquire about the availability and she was friendly, and I didn't feel rushed. She practiced social distancing, had a mask and gloves and still walked me through everything thoroughly. I also met her manager Bernadine but I was less than impressed with her friendliness, I'm glad she has Michelle because she made all the difference in my experience. I highly recommend this property, it's clean, and well managed under Michelle. 5 🌟, and I don't give these ratings easily. It was well deserved.

A waste of time. There's always a delay with responses no matter what time you contact the leasing office.

I just moved in to this place. I am surprised by how cooperative Michelle, the property manager, is. She always listens and tries her best to your answer questions. While inspecting the apartment, she looked every detail, without ignoring any minor issues. She gave us a clean and spotless apartment. After that, she fixes issues that are important. I give the property 5 star because of her effort to make the apartment amenable to the community. There might be some issues but I am positive we can deal and fix with as apartment community.

Michelle deserves all 5 stars! She was very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help my family member get moved in. During the weeks prior, she wasn't always able to answer the phone, but she always responded to our voicemails and emails in a timely manner. She is attentive to the many and various needs, requests, questions and responsibilities of being a property manager in a facility like this one. The apartment was clean and Michelle and Rowdy quickly attended to repairing the kitchen sink, the smoke alarms, and worked late into the evening to fix the AC (providing personal fans and a portable unit, and doing everything they could to help us feel comfortable.) Michelle is a great communicator, and takes her responsibilities seriously. She's also human. Thank you Mich
