The Lodge at Shavano Park

Hello, I’ve been living here for very a year now and I must say that I am very happy with these apartments. All work orders I have placed have been fixed the next day or the same week. The office management always has been great. Matthew in the office has been able to help me with any situations, the maintenance crew has always been helpful. The buildings look great and the parking lot has always been clean. Overall I’m happy with the experience I have had here and I plan to live here longer. It’s great with pets and the pool is always clean. I have never had any problems with packages being delivered. Great experience I would recommend this place.

Our stay here has been so relaxing. Service requests are fulfilled in a timely manner with good communication. Pest control is always on top of it and our unit was in pretty good condition when we moved in, and any other issues were quickly solved. All of the amenities are kept up and I enjoy using the pool in the summer time. I feel safe here and have recommended it to many people, and we were referred by another happy tenet before we moved in during 2025!

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex for the last 12 years! The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The front office team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently with no follow ups needed for continued problems. The location is another big plus, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable community.

I’ll give an honest and thorough review of our experience at the Lodge! The initial application process was not great… however I did come to find out what the issue was (issues with staff no longer there), got approved, and ever since then have had an excellent experience! I’ve lived all over the states at this point, so have had a wide variety of poor experience with property management. However, from the initial tour I was super happy with how transparent they were about all fees, their processes, making sure we actually got a good idea of what our unit would look like (as it wasn’t available yet), and then they were able to help us pivot to a different apartment due to no fault of their own. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is always courteous. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby stores and amenities. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
