The Lodge at Mallard Creek Apartments

This location is safe. The office is responsive and maintenance shows up quickly. No break ins, no shootings, no nonsense. The park is a clean safe place for kids to play. Very friendly community. I highly recommend. The apartments are very spacious. Very large balconies and master bedroom. I also enjoy the deep garden tub.

lived here since 2023, my car broken into then stolen a few months later. my screen door on my balcony has always been broken no matter how many times we ask them to fix it. we have mold under our sink being told its not mold for months now. we NEVER use our dishwasher yet its leaking and garbage disposal is ALWAYS BROKEN!!!!!! they have never fixed that issue just keep buying parts. got neighbors arguing loud as hell hours at end. please please keep in consideration all these things before moving in. we are moving out soon and i cant freaking wait!! oh also dog poop EVERYWHERE! i have 2 dogs myself and we always pick up but its nasty and dirty. oh and ALSO the park is NOT clean there trash and i even found a condom out there once. glass in the grass so its dangerous! they have new people

I think this place is not worth the price they charge. I've had my car broken into 3 times in the 4 years I've been here. I only continued to stay here because family reason but I could no longer take it. The only thing I can say good about the apartments is location. Other than that I would not advise moving here. Lastly I had to deal with bug problems while I was there.

I have never been more dissatisfied with customer service before. I have lived here to almost two years and couldn’t be happier to be moving. I had an interaction with property management here today that was awful. It was with Goldie and a new guy. They have recently started enforcing trash rules (rules I am well aware of but have NEVER been enforced). They did so after never sending out a warning that they were going to start enforcing that. When I told Goldie that I would be more than happy to comply with the rules moving forward but would like my first infraction to be a warning and the $50 charge for someone moving 1 trash bag from my door be removed from my account, she refused. I never once received an email about trash enforcement, I don’t care if you say you sent multiple I never g

My car was damaged today in a hit-and-run incident by car thieves. There are no cameras and insufficient lighting in the community. The leasing office claimed to have a security patrol, but no patrol vehicles were available. The worst part is that the leasing office stated they cannot protect the residents or their cars. Their response was that they only protect their office by installing cameras. It is not just car theft; there are several rounds of gunfire involved by the car thieves. We all heard the gunshots. Many residents are leaving due to security issues. I have informed them that I am leaving this community due to this security issue because my life or any human life is much more important than staying in this black hole. We came to know that a similar incident occurred two week
