The Livingston Apartments

Great overall experience here. Eileen and Grayling make an awesome team. The apartment itself is fantastic - well equipped and any maintenance needed has happened quickly. The location is very convenient to public transportation and shopping. Because we are overlooking Connecticut Avenue, the traffic outside is sometimes loud but that is to be expected. Overall, great experience here!

The Livingston is a great place to live. The building is solid. Everything works, and the apartments are spacious. Rents are very reasonable for the neighborhood, and utilities are included in the rent. They have a package room so you can get your packages after hours, and you can buzz people in with your cell phone. Also, it is the best neighborhood in DC! Safe, cafes, groceries, theaters, etc! You can keep pets with a cheap one-time pet deposit! I have lived in many apartments, and this is the best!

People make a company succeed, clear evidence of how the staff at the Livingston Apartments are always attentive, professional, responsive to all service calls and how welcomed they made me feel from my first building tour with the Leasing Manager, Ms. Eileen Burke, she impressed me on how quickly and accurately she answered all of my questions and concerns in person, on the phone or email, she guided me through the entire application process, my move in and settling in my new apartment. The building’s Maintenance Manager, Mr. Grayling Brown works hard every day ensuring the building is working seamlessly, kept clean, safe but most importantly, keeping tenants comfortable. Thank you all for the great work you do!!

I recently helped my grandparents move into the Livingston Apartments. It is wonderful! It’s clean, well maintained, and a quiet but friendly community. I cannot rave enough about this apartment, but more importantly, Eileen! Eileen, the leasing agent, has made the experience even better. She has gone above and beyond to help my grandparents with their move and any questions they have had since moving in.Thank you!

I've had a great experience renting in the Livingston. Location is perfect, easily accessible with bus, metro, or car. Neighborhood is cute and has all the basics within walking distance. Response to maintenance requests have always been extremely prompt and transparent (this hasn't always been the case in other buildings I've lived). Communication from management with the building (posters) and through email is sufficient. Amenities are nice and well maintained. I'd recommend the building to others!
