If I could give no star I would! They sent me a final bill that was outrageous with charges for months after I moved and no one is responding to me and now they sent the bill to collections. My next step is retain a lawyer and the news and social media. I need someone to correct my final bill! I contacted the office 60 days in advance to let them know I was leaving my unit due to MOLD! And they still changed me for the month after I moved. Horrible please don’t move here!!

Very disappointed with the maintenance team, specifically Shawn. We have had ongoing issues with responsiveness and follow-through. It has now been over a week with standing water sitting in our dishwasher, and the issue still has not been properly resolved. This is not just an inconvenience — it’s unsanitary and unacceptable, especially when residents are paying rent consistently and on time. Communication has also felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Maintenance is a major part of apartment living, and situations like this should be handled promptly and professionally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns moving forward.

Winter storm - The snow removal was slow. The sidewalks were icy for days. In addition, we couldn’t get to the trash or recycle bin because of ice. Dog poop clean up - People are not cleaning up after their pets. I would suggest a poop clean up service and have it charged to the residents with pets.

I’m very pleased with the maintenance team’s response. They were quick, professional, and addressed my request promptly. The issue was fixed efficiently, and the communication was great throughout the process. I really appreciate how fast they responded and took care of everything.

The community looks nice and is well designed, but it’s not worth the headache. There have been ongoing issues with MICE infestation!!!!!!even on the upper floors, and other residents have also mentioned dealing with the same problem. Noise complaints seem to get handed out even when people aren’t breaking quiet hours — just normal sounds of living in shared spaces. There have even been cases where dogs were reported unfairly to animal control. Between the pest problems, unnecessary complaints, and poor handling from management, this place causes more stress than comfort. Definitely not worth it.
