Outdated place, manager’s attitude will show no respect or support, they got two goofy guys at the office that don’t know how to do their job, during summer pools will not be maintained and open, you’ll have hvac problem during summer and winter. Mailboxes are all broken, you’ll be missing yours, delivered packages will be stolen from your front door and top off all that, this property will either try to stole or retain your deposit of the lease by adding damages. Never got back $950 deposit. All people will be calling the city of Dallas on them.

Aaron is a very kind and genuine soul and he attended to me in a very friendly manner. He is so sweet. This apartment is perfect. Dejeane is very nice and she helped me. I am more than grateful to the link team for helping me. I love my apartment. When you put in a work order they work on it immediately. They always make sure everything is good and well taken care of. Thank you so much. I love everything about the link apartment 🩶🩶🩶🩶

I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. During my time here, my family and I dealt with ongoing mold issues that were reported but never properly resolved, along with a serious roach problem that made the living conditions unhealthy and stressful. The leasing office was extremely difficult to reach and rarely answered the phone, and maintenance requests were either ignored or took far too long to be addressed. At one point, we were without a working refrigerator for four days, causing us to lose groceries, and we also experienced frequent periods without hot water. Overall, the lack of communication, poor maintenance response, and unsafe living conditions made our experience very disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements so futur

Please check this property out. They offer great service and a wide variety of floorplans and upgrades in the units. Large property and even has its owns private roads. Staff is always very helpful and get you taken care of.

This office is amazing! Very helpful team that this office has! Aaron, Catherine and Esmeralda have been very helpful throughout my stay here !
