The Linden

I’d like to share some positive feedback about my recent experience with our Property Management company. My air conditioning went out on Monday, which happened to be a holiday. I submitted a service request that same day, and the very next day the maintenance crew came out to assess the issue. Although they weren’t able to repair it on the spot, the vendor was onsite the following day and resolved the problem. Thank you for such a quick response and a great experience with this repair!

I've been living at The Linden Apartments in Long Beach for a while now and I can genuinely say it’s been an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable. It's steps away from great restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach, with such a vibrant and walkable neighborhood atmosphere. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I love the all wood flooring throughout (super easy to keep clean), the in unit washer and dryer, and the sleek stainless steel appliances that give the kitchen a high end feel. It really feels like a luxury living space. The 24 hour fitness center is a huge perk. I love living at The Linden. Being able to walk to the beach and go for a run is such a perk. My place is super spacious, and the view is amazing. The rooftop patio is also so cute it’s the perfect spot to relax. The elevators have been down lately, which has been a bit of a pain, but management provides consistent updates and maintenance is very responsive the few times I’ve had an issue in my apartment. Whether it’s the elevator or something else, they’re always on it. Overall, it’s just been really great living here.

Went to visit a friend here and the elevator was broken. Went back 3 weeks later and elevator was still broken. Saw 2 huge roaches on the wall while hauling up all those steps. Management didn’t care.

Great property!! I've lived at my current residence over 15 years, so clearly I like it, but upon seeing The Linden, I immediately fell in love with the property & area. Nancy showcased the floor plans & building amenities. She is excellent at her job. She did not rush me through, but instead took care & time to show everything & answer all of my questions. I submitted my application the same day & within 24 hours everything is moving forward for move-in! I'm very appreciative to Nancy & the easy process. The Linden is beautiful! I'm excited to start a new life chapter as a community member there & in Long Beach. Thank you, Nancy!!
