The Life at Arbor Creek Apartments

They approved me for an apartment within a day, delayed it by saying "next week" for a month straight, then, when it was time to move in, I was put into a completely different apartment. I'm talking unit number, level, and occupancy. There was no communication, and I had to waste gas by going up to the office every week because no one wanted to answer phones. Then, when I pointed out all of the issues with the apartment in the walk-through, I was getting fed every excuse in the book on why they wouldn't fix it. "Wear and tear" for water damage on shelves and cabinets that won't close properly, "the tiles are discontinued" for floorboards lifting. To add: - Work orders get ignored or marked "complete" when nothing has changed. Then, when it's time for inspections, they ask everyone to leav

I’m going on my second year here at Arbor Creek and she have convinced me to renew my lease due to her outstanding work and improvements in our community.
