Pam and Tiffany were a dream to work with! We were new to the area and on a fairly tight budget for the current market. In our first meeting they went through the entire home buying process to help us be prepared to move quickly when we found a house we wanted. They helped us navigate a same-day offer and kept us fully in the loop during the offer and negotiating process. Their network of inspectors, contractors, etc helped us quickly get some renovations done before moving in. Everyone they recommended was great to work with--courteous, efficient, and competitively priced. With them you get so much more than "someone to show you houses". We were randomly assigned Andrea as our agent when we visited a condo open house before we had an agent. She did a great job for us as our buyer's agent on the condo purchase. We went back to her many months later when we were finally ready to sell our old house, and she guided us thru the process and got us more money than we expected for the place. She does her "homework", knows what needs to be done, and she does it without having to be reminded.
