This was my second time building a custom home but the experience was truly unmatched. Our project manager (Danny) and designer (Bri) were an absolute dream team! They worked seamlessly together to beautifully and thoughtfully bring the plans that MGM designed for us to life. From start to finish, the process was as fun and stress-free as building a house could possibly be. My finished home is one-of-a-kind and I hope to have the pleasure of working with them again on future projects.

I moved into my brand new MGM custom built home 3 months ago and it is spectacular! The whole process, from the first site visit with Taylor (heck, even the first phone call), to the design with a great architect, Matt, to the actual build with an amazing project manager, a different Matt, was seamless. Matt’s knowledge, communication skills and patience are superb!! This is the 4th house I have built and it was by far the best experience.
