The Lexington Dilworth

The best apartment complex in Charlotte, hand's down. It feels like home. The staff are friendly, hard working, and create fun community social events. The property is maintained very well. All maintenance tickets are handled immediately. I've lived here for three years and I'm proud to call The Lexington Dilworth my home.

I’ve been living at the Lexington Dilworth with my girlfriend for about a year now, and it has really impressed. The building is well taken care of, and the staff does a great job keeping everything running smoothly (maintenance is super quick). The office staff in particular are really helpful for big things like talking through leasing options and small things like planning fun events/giveaways. The location is great too. Dilworth is close to South End and Uptown without the constant noise, and it’s really walkable with plenty of parks, coffee shops, and spots to hang out nearby. There are also great amenities, including a good pool and a good gym.

I have nothing but great things to say about living at The Lexington Dilworth. The staff in the leasing office are incredible helpful, flexible, and patient. I moved here without visiting prior and they made the process incredibly smooth. Guest parking is also a plus :) Would recommend to anyone.

I have lived here for roughly a year and a half and I LOVE it. Nothing negative to say. The front office people are wonderful always willing to help. Amenities are always well maintained and clean. Maintenance response is fast and they have always been able to fix anything. Wish I could give 10 stars!

The Lexington Dilworth is the perfect place to live! The location is nicely tucked in the Dilworth neighborhood, away from the traffic and noise on South Blvd, but still within walking distance of a bunch of great restaurants and breweries. I’d give it more stars if I could!
