The Lenox

Beautiful Building ! After visiting I ran into a few issues first being there was no one in the office and this was my second time visiting. Meanwhile I bumped into a few residents that are currently living there and they both had very concerning things to say. First off the amenities aren't open for the tenets to use unless the office lady is there and she isn't often in.. So no 24/7 access to the rooftop nor the gym and the gym is only open to be used Monday-Friday from 8-5pm so no working out early mornings or late nights or on the weekends, if you have friends over you won't be able to do a Sunday brunch on the rooftop. Which Makes the first statement a lie the amenities are not to make your life comfortable. One renter stated they do monthly inspections in your home. A bit nose much !

After visiting multiple leasing offices around the Augusta area I found myself at one of the most unwelcoming leasing offices in my life. Normally when you are getting buzzed into a building you a met with a warm welcoming tone over the intercom but instead I heard the noise of a current phone call. No one was anywhere once I made it into the building to say a Hi or hello. When I set down in chairs I saw for over 30mins I decided to get up and go knock on the manager door who never once even acknowledged me knocking or asking was anyone there but I could clearly hear her talking on and on. So I went and set back down just to be left sitting outside an office for over an hour without ever being greeted or acknowledged. Just horrible

I have no complaints no worries about living at the Lennox Apartments my apartment manager jayla was very kind and nice and you could tell that she was well experienced in her apartment managing job she answered all the questions that I needed about the apartment complex and helped me with everything for me to get settled Lenox Apartments are a very nice apartment complex building to live

Ms. Jackson was polite and answered all my many questions. She kept in contact with me updating me about the situation. So far I’ve had no complaints.

I highly recommend! Jaylah the property manager is so sweet! She went above and beyond for me!!
