The worst place i've ever lived..Everything!!! No security. Garage entrance always open for people to walk in drive in and do whatever they want.. My car was vandalized.. The property is absolutely filthy.Outdoor pool area, pillows and furniture destroyed.. Little kids from residence running around the hallways, making noise, throwing litter everywhere.. Was the fundraiser and management company does nothing... They've gone through so many management companies within the last year.It's hard to believe.. The smell of marijuana through the hallways and parking garage.Illegal drug use and prostitution on property site garbage everywhere left over the weekend.Dumpsters overflowing with trash.. plusl filthy with little kids, throwing toys and gummies and candy in the pool. Jacuzzi always broken

So far, I’m really happy with the new management! You can tell they’re putting in effort to make things better. The office staff has been helpful and quick to respond, and maintenance requests have been handled promptly. It’s nice to see fresh energy and attention being brought to the property.

I moved into The Lennox Apartments on March 26, 2025, and this has been the most mentally, emotionally, and financially draining living situation I have ever experienced. I was initially assigned Unit 318, which was dirty and uninhabitable. Because I had already booked non-refundable movers and a truck, I was told to take another unit, which was only slightly cleaner but still nothing like the “luxury” model unit I was shown. The model was a complete bait-and-switch. From day one, the problems have been constant: • Vivint alarm system billed at $30/month that has never worked, despite repeated requests. • Improper renter’s insurance charges even after providing proof of my own policy multiple times to both the prior and current management. • Water shutoff in the building, followed by blac

The building is being kept dirty. There is vomit by the west third floor elevator. The elevator entrance on first floor stinks never mop. Trash can by west gate always overflows with trash. Elevator used to get polished and cleaned. They now only mop the elevator. They did get better but elevator metal walls filthy walls have finger prints not done since new management. Outside of elevator mopped once.

I put in a request to have someone to look at the dryer. It’s still not working. It’s not drying the clothes. It’s not a full load. I put in light load and still have to run the dryer 4 to 5 times in order for the clothes to dry the dryer get hot, but it’s not drying the clothes and it’s not a full load. There’s something wrong with the dryer. Also, the light in the laundry room is not working. I believe the light is blown so we need someone to look at that can you have someone please come out Thank you.
