The Lennox at Tempe Apartments

I grew up in these apartments as a child, and came back as an adult with my brother. I gotta say, this is an entire new complex. The landscaping and grounds are very clean. We haven’t had issues with crime, or maintenance issues the past few months. I’ve noticed management has been updating the community with public announcements and addressing issue right away. I’d renew my lease if possible

Any 5 Star review is absolute false, This apartment complex is absolutely terrible they offer residence incentives to post good reviews, and to then let them know who you are for said incentive. If you are having to force false reviews to seem better than other complexes theres a reason. Maintenance crew and a new property manager every couple months, do they get any better? Absolutely not. They are absolutely terrible, new manager is even worse threatening to evict people because their websites are down not offering a way to pay rent. Pay rent, their bank denies it, then they threaten to evict you. Try talking and working with these people they will only treat you negatively, degrade you and threaten you. It’s an alright place to live. The best thing about it is the location and ease of travel. I have been here a couple months now and I have had 6 times we went without hot water overnight. When we moved in there was still evidence of the work done on the apartment by maintenance. Paint all over the appliances and floor as well as shoe prints in both tubs from whoever worked in it. The apartment was not cleaned at all there was food and underwear under the stove and fridge. They stated we were moving into an upgraded unit but it was just stainless steel appliances that were upgraded. They also stated the carpet in my rooms were new but I was able to get 2 cats worth of hair out of the carpet in one room alone… disgusted. My carpet in the main bedroom keeps coming up and I am stepping on nail

We were looking for a place for our son while he attends ASU. The units at Lennox were a great value as compared to other complexes in the area. Drew was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everything has been stress free which is great.

We moved in about a month ago, and when I tell you this place just keeps getting better, I mean it. First off - the neighborhood. The Phoenix metro area isn’t really known for being walkable, but this place is an exception. Being able to walk between 2 grocery stores, four coffee shops, and a ton of local restaurants is such a gift. Plus, when you move in and are looking for new furniture, there’s a Habitat for Humanity and a Goodwill close by. Then, on top of that, the people in the community are so welcoming. We have daily conversations with our new neighbors, and they’ve truly made us feel right at home. Finally, the staff! Arturo has truly hit the ground running since he started (which is when we moved in) and the place continues to get better and better. He alone deserves a five star
