The Legends at Pasadena Hills Apartments

Newly renovated apartments and management change has made all the difference! Darrienne really cares and tries hard to make sure tenants are taken care of!

Darrienne, the leasing manager, and her team are great. Our agency rents several units at The Legends. The management and office staff are always polite, professional and responsive. Rents are fairly priced and the grounds are well maintained. I highly recommend The Legends for those looking for a conveniently located and economically priced apartment.

0/10 Don’t recommend these apartments!! Whole apartment building flooded BAD, never got down to the root problem they just patched everything back up!! Mold in the walls and inside kitchen cabinets. Maintenance team 0/10!!! I Only stayed here for 3 months and had to move save your time & money fr!!

This place played me so bad. They changed my move in date 3 times. By this time I had to move out of my house. Had my entire house packed and ready. By the time I could reach anyone in the office, the entire staff was fired. The new office lady act like she would help me until I came with my money order of a 1000 to move in. I told her I needed that back. She told me to call the cooperate office. I left messages and emails to everybody in that office and no one returned my calls! I tried calling the office back no one never answers just like the ones who were fired didn't. They had changed management and didn't let me know nothing. I'm still trying to get my money back a year later. What should I do? On top of that my cousin lived there and is having a bad experience!!! Please help. The

I really love the new renovation.whenever something needs to be done it gets done on time.I especially love the maintenance guy Larry Williams nice guy always greets with a smile well mannered young man and very reliable.I really hate that they let him go he was one of the best they had
