My experience while signing up for the leasing agreement was very seamless. Very good customer support, i love how they are available at all times to call. However, if theres a discount on rent i would want to see the final price on the first page of the pdf instead of being skewed by the market price.

I meet the kindest people ever ! It’s been such a good experience to the point I’m becoming a resident and I pulled all my strings to make sure my mom was comfortable too and she was sold! I’ve had two tours and both were amazing ! Thank you the Laurel!

Woooowwww! What a great staff! The leasing agent I met was so pretty and nice. I think her name was Aubree. She was AWESOME! You can tell she is very knowledgeable and she just has that overall “welcoming” and pleasant energy. I would love to move here knowing I have her in charge. Thanks for all your help Aubree!

TERRIBLE. Save Your Money. The Laurel has had no running water for over 33 hours and counting. Management just sent another message saying the water will not even be tested until 9 a.m. tomorrow, which means another 10 to 11 hours with no solution in sight. Residents were given five bottles of water total, no real compensation, and no clear timeline for when this will actually be fixed. This is now the second night with no working toilet, which makes the situation significantly worse. At night, bathroom access is essential, and this building has completely failed to provide it. If you have any medical condition that requires frequent bathroom use such as myself, you are in serious trouble, especially at night. You cannot just wait until morning. I cannot use the bathroom, wash my hands,
