Affordable & Beautiful downtown Loft with amazing views & an attached garage that made life so easy.! It always feels safe, comfortable, and clean. I’m going to miss being so close to Washington Ave, walking across to MX Movies, and to Cardinal games. The gym also made training for my tournaments super convenient. The new management has been really friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated since I’ve been away from family for a few years. I recently moved to a new state, but if I ever go back to St. Louis, I would absolutely look into The Laurel again. It really felt like home 🏠

As a resident Whois very unproblematic and AVOIDS the office and people in general.. The only reason I am giving the laurel three stars because I actually like my apartment, have even considered another unit, but everything else from management to community sucks. I hate to write reviews but this seems to be the only way to make everyone aware since the people in the actual office are of no help... First off, I had someone WHO WORKS here go in my apartment and steal a 3000.00 purse. (Different management from now, it’s changed a few times) There was no sign of forced entry and there is no way the locks can be picked because they are high security(I know because I was told by a locksmith when I locked myself out once).. nothing was done except they changed my locks for free since I filed a

*THE WORST* I have been living in Laurel Apartments since 2022, and it’s been the worst experience with management ever! Several issues have occurred that justify my negative comments: -Plumbing Problems: The kitchen sink in my apartment has been clogged multiple times. On one occasion, it got blocked on a Friday, and they didn't send maintenance until Monday. During this time, dirty water flooded my kitchen and soaked the living room. -Water Outage: There was another time when we had no water for three days. The management’s solution? They offered us to use the bathrooms at a nearby hotel (which didn’t have showers) or pay to stay at that hotel, which is completely absurd since it was their fault. -Inconsistent Rules: It’s clear that all they care about is money. If you're even one day

I lived at The Laurel for 2 1/2 years, and I can’t tell you how much I loved living there. The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained. When you submit a maintenance request, they are taken care of typically the same day. The staff is friendly, and dog friendly. I have a six year old, 97 pound American Bully, and I swear he was a small celebrity in this unit. Take advantage of the atrium, because that’s how you end up making most of your friends in the unit. Impromptu parties always happen down there, you’ll end up, going down to Grill and talking to the person. Who’s grilling next to you, next thing, you know you’re all sharing meals and drinks and exchanging phone numbers. Really truly. I had the best experience there and was very sad to have to leave. Trust me, you’re going to re

The Laurel Apartment Building is extremely safe, clean, conveniently located, and luxuriously appealing. I was very impressed on my first visit. As a new resident, compared to other apartments, the Laurel is ranked the highest. As for safety, the front door is always locked. The new intercom system enables you to grant access from your cellular device by allowing you to speak directly to the visitor. The door man is always offering to help and stand guard of personnel traveling in and out of the apartment. Oversized mail packages are locked and available around the clock. No matter what you will always be able to retrieve your packages. The front office is managed by an outstanding staff. They are the best when it comes to communicating with residents. They communicate with daily emails
