The Langford at Trinity Groves Apartments

Beautiful property and had such an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-maintained. The views are absolutely beautiful. It’s so peaceful and scenic, especially at sunset. A special shoutout to Mariah, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was friendly, professional, and made everything smooth. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place with great amenities and amazing service!

I got a tour of the Langford at Trinity Groves today and was very impressed. The views of the city are great and the modern interiors and amenities on the property exceeded my expectations. Huge thanks to Mariah for showing us around! She was awesome, really helpful, and made the tour feel smooth and we felt very welcome and like we were being introduced to a community. Definitely recommend this property for anyone looking in Dallas.

I pulled up for a tour not sure what to expect but this property was so clean, cozy and gorgeous. I was especially impressed by the cute little coffee bar. I have to go out of my way to commend Mariah. She was patient with all of my questions and treated me like a human, not a sale. The tour was quick but thorough and made me excited to move out lol. The property is conveniently located and beautifully maintained. Definitely a place worth applying to and definitely recommend getting a tour!

I would encourage anyone considering leasing here to take the online reviews with a grain of salt. From my knowledge, office staff receives incentives ($25) for positive reviews that include their names, which can make the rating seem more favorable than it actually is. Because of this, the overall rating may not accurately reflect the true resident experience. Before signing a lease, I highly recommend doing thorough research, visiting the property in person, and speaking directly with current residents if possible. It’s always better to get a full picture before making a long-term commitment. Just sharing this so others can make a well-informed decision.

The staff was helpful and very kind during my visits! Zakeyus guided me during my tour. I was greatful he took extra steps to provide a clear picture of what the unit I was most interested in would be like. When I returned the next day to ask some additional questions, Mariah was there to assist me thru the application process and basically hold my hand. (: very excited to see this thru.
