They're not truthful, I was scammed out of my deposit money. I never moved in & didnt sign a lease but was rushed to pay upfront fees pictures dont match what I saw there were roaches crawling once I finally saw my unit day before movein... DONT PAY OR AGREE TO ANYTHING UNLESS YOU CAN VIEW YOUR ACTUAL UNIT. Most of the reviews aren't truthful...

The manager is very unprofessional on how she would not refund me have I paid her $3900 for the unit but I realized it was too small and told u want to cancel my application and asked for a refund and she said know so I left so b upset because then she tried to give smaller unit to accommodate me I declined and she didn't refund nothing I g back to me and abd had a smirk in her face I left very upset u almost had a stroke due to she didn't do nothing to help me with f h my money

Worst management ever!! Do not move there!! We couldn’t wait until our one year lease was up! We only moved in because they had a free month move in special! Apartments have mold and mildew, rats, bugs, raccoons, gnats everywhere, dumpsters are always overflowing. The only time they will fix something is when you notify code enforcement!! They randomly will shut the water off at any given time without notifying the tenants due to a plumbing emergency they will say. I remember the complex not having water for 8/9 hrs one day! Their plumbing probably had never been upgraded because I have never seen a complex have more plumbing issues than this one where the water is shut off frequently. Despite submitting my **Resident’s Notice of Intent to Move Out** on time, I have been incorrectly charged one full month’s rent plus a prorated amount. I have tried to resolve this issue through **seven emails and multiple phone calls with Monica and the Kendrick staff**, yet my concerns have been completely ignored. Management is **consistently unresponsive, rarely available in the office, and does not return calls or emails**. The lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable, leaving residents stuck dealing with billing errors with no support. If you're considering leasing here, be prepared for **poor communication and a frustrating experience when dealing w
