The Laney Apartments

I’ve had a great experience with this apartment community. The property is well maintained, the grounds are clean, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Management is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, which really makes a difference. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with a supportive staff.

I love this place. It has amazing amenities, friendly helpful staff. Whenever I reach out to Allie in the office she is helpful and informative and polite. I feel safe and the apartments and the outside area is clean and nice. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is also at a good central location to restaurants and shopping and the hospital! They have safety officers on the property to give you an extra feel of protection.

The apartment is very nice! Staff is rude and disrespectful. They try to get over on you and also you can’t live comfortably and have to tip toe in your apartment because the neighbors complain on you if you walk normal without making noise, and here comes the leasing office staff issuing a lease violation without even investigating the issue. Please do better! Glad I left . The owners need to consider who they hire to run their property.

While the units themselves might look fine initially, living here has become increasingly frustrating due to management’s complete failure to maintain community standards. 1. Failure to Enforce Basic Community Rules Management seems uninterested in actually walking the property or enforcing the rules outlined in our leases. Sanitation (Dog Poop): The common areas and green spaces are littered with dog waste. Despite multiple complaints, nothing is done to hold irresponsible pet owners accountable, making it nearly impossible to walk through the complex without an issue. Illegal Substance Use (Marijuana): Despite this being a "smoke-free" community, the smell of marijuana c

My granddaughter lives at the Laney and it is so nice. The grounds and amenities are well kept. Her apartment is so nice and it has a washer and dryer. She really likes living there.
