The Landmark

I have been living in this apartment community for sometime now. The apartment complex is located in a nice neighborhood - with close proximity to freeways, shopping malls etc. However, the apartment building itself and living itself needs significant improvement. To give few incidences- 1. Though rents appears reasonable on surface - the common charges are extremely high - e.g. for a 2-person and 2-bed apartment, you will be looking at expenses at or above $400/-. They unfortunately did not elaborate on these charges when I signed up for the lease - and was told that they will be around $100-$120/- month. 2. The elevators frequently breakdown - in one instance, there were no elevators functional. This was an issue especially for elderly people. 3. Often trash is blocked inside the chutes

Crystal was very helpful in my apartment search. She answered all my questions and provided all the info I needed. I think she is a great addition to your staff. I have delayed my move but if I change my mind, I will definitely consider Landmark strongly.

Was in Albuquerque looking at apartments and happened to drive past after lunch. Walked in without an appointment and spoke with Crystal regarding getting a tour. Crystal was amazing and answered all of my questions, and the few that she didnt know she let me know she will look into them and would inform me later. One of the best experiences I have had with a walk in tour and her upfront honesty regarding pricing was refreshing. If you are looking for a quiet place in uptown definitely check out this place.

The Landmark is a great mix of commercial and residential in Uptown. Just a few businesses on the ground level, with the pool, community room and gym all above average for the area. The ladies in the front office (Brittney and Cassie?) are super helpful and maintain a friendly, safe, accommodating environment. We love the Landmark!

Toured a one bedroom apartment here and it was nice! Monique told us they were repainting and I can tell they are making upgrades over there. Especially in the apartments (very pretty). I was not expecting these apartments to be as unique as they are. Thank you Monique for taking the time to answer all my questions.
