These people are total crooks. They will raise the rent on you and constantly charge you for every little thing that breaks. The apartments are cheaply made and the dishwashers don’t work. I cleaned the apartment and did everything on the checklist and left the apartments better than I found them, (they were disgusting when I moved in) And they kept my 2,100.00 deposit and lied to me that they would give it back. I’m a single mom with 2 kiddos and one on the way. Not only did they keep my deposit they charged me extra so now I owe them money for ‘ “miscellaneous stuff” is what they wrote on the bill. Totally lying cheating crooks. I’m so disappointed in my experience. I would recommend renting anywhere else other than here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friend had to end her lease for health reasons, and instead of handling it with “integrity”, you completely took advantage of her. To make matters worse, she was treated poorly when she came in to finalize everything. Absolutely disgraceful—shame on you!

Rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment for two years. Plenty of parking and the clubhouse gym was always clean. We had a wonderful experience with management from the beginning to the end. They did a wonderful job explaining the contract and the move in process, as well as the move out process. For any questions or concerns we had, they replied quickly. Overall great experience.

Do not be deceived by these “nice-looking,” cheaply constructed apartments. They are overpriced to begin with, and the rent increases every year. Multiple units have mold. The staff is terrible and consistently lies about everything. The dog areas are never stocked with waste bags, and the trash cans are always full and smell bad.
