The Terry Homes team was amazing right from the beginning and the app/Buildertrend showing you every detail of your home, what’s coming next, what you’ve chosen, pictures of the latest activity… so fun to check it out daily or refer to it for my own reminder and questions. The way they communicate with you through that app actually was a miracle… technology at its best and they do it well. The choices they presented were beautiful, high-quality even if I did not do any upgrades to personalize it more. The staff, the sales people, construction workers, heavy equipment people, their office, their kindness. Their patience with lots of questions was amazing and long-term relationships have formed for sure. I honestly came by almost every single day to just see what was new and what was happen
