Nya was so darn rude, so was Stephanie, the experience for applying was HELL. Do NOT move in here. Termites, roaches, old buildings and TERRIBLE office staff. Their tone would change when I call and spoke to Me like a child. I’m not anything but 40 years old treat your people trying to buy your product with respect. Horrible place to live! Moved me into a unit without A/C WHEN I APPLIED 3 WEEKS BEFORE I MOVED IN!!! Under the kitchen sink smells like mildew from a previous leak. One of the bedrooms smells like straight urine. They do not care about anything but money.Almost a month in and they only fixed one problem which may cause my light bill to go up from the switch the put in that replace a A/C plu socket. The shower stopped working as of 08/29/2025. The room remain the same. BBB

Since Denise left, customer service left with her. She was so easy to work with. These 2 ladies that we have in right now, I don't know where they come from. They are very unprofessional, they act like the don't care at all. They always forget, I had a conversation with them 10mnt ago. The only way I will feel better is to move out of that place today. I regret deeply that I renew my lease.

This apartment complex does not take care of their tenants. They will be put under scrutiny in the public eye for ripping people off with false advertisement. This complex has a termite and roach infestation. The termite infestation is so bad that he entire building needs to be bombed. Same with the roaches. They do not want to lose money from rent so they are not having the problem professionally taken care of. Air conditioning units have been out for a year and more for many different apartments in here under the excuse that their is supposed to be a 20 degree difference between the inside and outside. All of us in this apartment complex are fed up with your lack of professionalism. Do your jobs. Or be reported to the police, code enforcement and news reporters. And be under scrutiny fro

Did not take so long. Very helpful and our move in was easy. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
