Move-in for 40 days: Nice apartment. Not bling-bling but comfort and quiet. Great Location. Near to commercial/office areas. Eligible to multi 10Points school districts. Friendly to residence. Professional and kindly team. Doris Arroyo is the best property manager I’ve ever met.

We sold our home and moved into a newly renovated unit a few months ago. Ashley C. made the transition easy and painless. She was prompt with her responses to our many questions being new renters and made the application process easy. The move-in was smooth and we were pleasantly surprised how large the rooms were as we downsized quite a bit. The heated parking in the winter was an added bonus! The building is quiet, kind of a surprise, and conveniently located. Ashley is an excellent manager and is responsive with a quick and caring manner. We are very happy here!

It is very comfortable home with all minimal equipments of good quality inside the apartment . Good to have quite neighbours.The staff at leasing office is very helpful(Thanks Karen). Maintenance team (Anthony) have been very helpful. Sanitising stations on every floor is appreciable. Common spaces are always clean and tidy. Common facilities( like gym)can be improved. Convenient location with some Restaurants , Starbucks, Walgreens, banks & others in walkable distance.

2025 Updated review: loved the previous management team and was very nervous about the new owners/management. Extremely pleased that Bender brought in Ashley C. She is such a caring, friendly and efficient property manager. She goes out of her way to quickly handle issues (building and unit) while keeping residents informed and ensuring the property is in excellent condition and well maintained. Ashley not only keeps residents informed and up to date, but also strives to give the building a true community feel thru mixers and newsletters. Love the improvements and upgrades being made!

Simple move-in, clean and well maintained apartment complex. Friendly and helpful staff. I am now in my 3rd year at the complex. The prior owners ran the place very well. Our new management team also shows tremendous compassion for tenant issues, and, responds quickly to any & all requests for maintenance. I highly recommend "The Landing at Town Center". And, 5 stars to our current team - Andrew and Ashley. Best in class. I strongly recommend the facility to friends and others interested in a clean, well managed property. With rents at a fair price (and a good value) for a well run complex.
