After reading these reviews it looks like I dodged a bullet with the reports of roach and rodent infestations and water leakage problems. When I first drove through the complex I mentioned before a tour about the mountains of trash piled up in and around the trash bins. Maybe that was how it had been cleaned up when I went a few days later for the tour. I went with my handicapped son and toured a very nice looking renovated apartment. Was told the unit we would get, also renovated, would not be available for a couple of months, to hold off on applying but they would hold for us. That was not a problem, but a week later was told it was no longer available, and offered one more expensive. I came in to help my cousin find an apartment and met with Marlon. He had a very friendly personality and took the time to show me the apartment and answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how helpful and patient he was during the visit.

The most important thing for me when living in an apartment other than liking it it’s the maintenance team, Dilan specifically. Dilan has been by far the best maintenance tech I’ve come across! Very professional and effective! He should be promoted! Great guy!

When I called, the leasing team was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. When I came in for a tour, the office was clean, welcoming, and had a professional atmosphere. I was greeted by both leasing agents, Mylik and Marlon, who were friendly, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered. I felt completely comfortable to ask about anything throughout the visit. During the tour, I noticed the apartments were spacious as well. Overall, I left with a great first impression of both the property and the staff.
