The Landing Apartments at Edgewater

I love everything about the Landing at Edgewater. From the living to the pool to the people. This place helps me flourish. It was my first apartment and Miss Rachel is so kind and patient with all of my questions. She always has an answer. And if she doesn’t, she finds it. Thank you so much for making my living experience amazing!!!

I really have enjoyed living here. I feel safe and secure. I retired from the state of Tennessee and move down here to be closer to my daughter and granddaughter and I love Alabama.❤️😘 miss Rachel and Miss Frida are awesome and don’t even get me started with the great maintenance guys we have. If you’re looking, you should check them out.

I've been staying here a few years now. The last two apartments I had, the experience wasn't so good. However, staying at the Landing has renewed my hope. The community is great, and the staff are always willing to help whenever/if they can. Furthermore, the area is a great walling/running area with a gym nearby, which helps me a lot to stay in shape for the military. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it.

I absolutely loved my experience living here. The property managers and maintenance managers were phenomenal. I also loved my neighbors and the entire Edgewater community. It was a fantastic neighborhood. If you're looking for a nice, safe apartment with a great location I would highly recommend considering these.

I can't say enough good things about Rachel and Freda.They’re both incredibly helpful, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Rachel is always on top of things and quick to respond to any issues, while Freda handles everything with warmth and professionalism. They make this place feel more like a community than just a building. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and their well-being. If you're looking for a well-managed place, you couldn’t ask for a better team! If you're looking for a cozy, clean, and affordable apartment you need to apply ASAP because they go quick!
