I want to give a huge thank you to Alex and Julio from the maintenance team here at The Lana Apartments. They were incredibly prompt, courteous, and extremely efficient from start to finish. Not only did they address the issue quickly, but they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and professionally. Their positive attitude and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents. Love my apartment the move in process was speedy and easy thanks to Nallely. She is super amazing and professional. I had to get my heater adjusted for the winter storm and the maintenance guy Alex was HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL and speedy on making sure I was warm during the storm! 10/10 Never had maintenance guys respond this quickly EVER….I love this property and the staff genuinely looks after the tenants❤️

I work as a pest control operator and regularly service this community. The leasing office staff is always professional, organized, and respectful of vendors. Communication is clear, access to units is well-coordinated thanks to nallely and others, and they genuinely care about keeping the property in great condition for residents. It makes my job easier and more efficient every time I’m on-site. Great team to work with

5 starts is for maintenance Alex and Paul. Paul has been great with communication with his staff and for attending urgent problems. Alex has been very professional and helpful with the urgency of the issues going on with my AC. He has been very great about communicating the issues and how he’s going to fix them. Amazing team!

My heater started blowing cold air overnight during the ice storm. I called the emergency maintenance line at 7am and received a call back from Alex within 10 minutes and he was at my door within the hour. He was friendly, professional and kept me informed throughout the entire visit. Within 20 minutes I had heat again. I appreciate the fast, quality service I received from Alex!
