The Lakes Residences

Our time at The Lakes Residences Apartments was nothing short of fantastic—it was by far the best apartment we’ve ever lived in within the Twin Cities! The location is unbeatable, with the lake just across the street, plenty of green space, and easy access to local grocery stores and great eateries. The neighborhood was incredibly walkable, with an amazing vibe that made everyday living enjoyable. Our two pups absolutely loved it too—there was always somewhere great to walk, and they were just as happy as we were to call this place home! What truly set The Lakes apart, though, was the incredible staff. Cam, Rachel, Mark, and Rae were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The extremely low turnover among the team made a huge difference—it was so nice to see

The apartments are beautiful, updated and unbeatably spacious, gorgeous rooftop with a view of the lakes and city, and places to lounge and grill, and a pool deck that connects to a common space for events. The heated garage parking is very convenient. The leasing and concierge teams are kind, responsive, and professional. There are regular and well planned events for residents, and a wonderful sense of community.

This building is an eye sore in the neighborhood. Has been like this over 18 months with no repair. “Luxury” apartment can’t even fix a banner? May as well be graffiti Edit: The respondent from this building is not being truthful. In my 24 months renting it has been down the whole time. Dishonest leasing and management staff wasn’t on my original review- but it is on this one. Review will remain.

"The Lakes" has been a GREAT thing for us for the past 5.5 years! The Lakes is the closest thing to "HOME" - but even better! It's a beautiful and well maintained building. The quality of the construction makes the building incredibly QUIET and the REAL hardwood floors, make it feel like a home. The staff is friendly, helpful and cheerful. It is like waking up at a luxury hotel, every morning! We can't say enough about the amazing experience living here and the residents who make the community feel like a neighborhood ! SIMPLY. THE. BEST !

We have been living at the Lakes for a month and it has exceeded expectations! The transition from home to apartment has been as as easy as can be. The building and apartments are modern and well maintained. If there is ever and issue, Jacob is at the ready to remedy the situation. Having a concierge from 6 am until 10pm is a great service providing assistance from everything from packages to restaurant recommendations! Catherine and Cam are fantastic and always ready to add additional help! There are also events throughout the week, which keep the small building friendly. Security, a private dog park, rooftop relaxation area, clubhouse are just some of the additional amenities. We are so glad we found The Lakes!
