The Lakes Apartments

I've been a resident of The Lakes for nearly 4 months now. I interviewed many apartment complexes and decided on them for 3 singular reasons. 1) Cost comparison 2) Upgrades 3) and most importantly, the staff!! That was the ultimate decision maker for me, was the staff and their attention to my questions, their honesty, and overall "I care" attitude. I have not had one issue with maintenance, when I asked for service, I got prompt responses with respect and professionalism. If there was one thing at this point I would want to see improved is parking, but that's not their fault as that's at a premium anywhere you go. Jordan, Kelly, Levi, and Bernardo are amazing and I'm glad I chose The Lakes as my first EVER city apartment living experience.

For one over priced.Roaches were found in a lot of the units. people move in and out of here quickly because of the rent and other issues maintenance. For an example I had drug dealers living above me. People up and down the stairs all hours of the night. I lived here for years they said they can't find me . Stacy used to manage Alberto's maintenance Should I go on Pool closed off and on 60% of the year And they said below the pools open now I said 60 percent of the time Much more there's a guy Levi that works in the office very poorly staffed. The garbage gets over full and starts to smell during the summer very badly water leaks water shut off four five six times a year much more but too much to list

Bernardo is always great with maintenance requests and is super respectful in our place, always using shoe covers before he enters. He quickly fixed our shower AND sink issue in 5 minutes today. Super nice and professional!

Love love love the property. Major shoutout to Levi! He’s such an amazing person and over very personable. He’s always edger to help and make your stay less stressful if he can help it. Kelly is also a great person on the property, love her attitude and how she’s willing to try and fix anything she can to make your stay less stressful

The dumpsters are always overflowing and yet they removed some anyway. Multiple times a year the water to the whole property gets shut off to repair leaks. Management ignores reports of smoking inside apartments despite the strict no smoking policy. When they were working on the carport I was told "we wont be responsible for damage to your car." Edit: In their reply they conveniently didn't mention when they also shut off the water in late 2023 (November), and early 2024 (March). This is in addition to late 2024 (December) and early 2025 (January).
